Woody Wilson Open Meet Packet in PDF Format

DAVIS, Calif. -- Meet information for the upcoming Woody Wilson Open on Apr. 19 at UC Davis is now available with a registration packet available for download from the link posted on the top of the page.

Several hundred collegiate and open athletes are expected to compete in the annual event which will be held during the campus's annual Picnic Day. The downloaded packet includes general meet information, registration instructions, a tentative schedule and maps. Listed below is some key information

Woody Wilson Track (All events except hammer which will be held near Schaal Aquatics Center)

TIME
Field events - 11 a.m.
Running events - 4:05 p.m.
A tentative schedule is available in the packet.

REGISTRATION
All teams will register through EZMeets.com but must fill out a registration form (available in packet) and fax to UC Davis Athletics Media Relations.

Individuals (unattached or with an affiliation) need only to send name, event(s) and seed mark(s) to address listed in packet... Individuals WILL NOT receive a password for EZMeets.com.

DEADLINE
Registration closes at 11:59 p.m. on Apr. 14
Late entries will not be accepted

ENTRIES
Due to the popularity of the meet, entry is not guaranteed. Confirmation of registration is not a confirmation of accepted entry. A list of accepted entries will be posted no later than Apr. 16.
